Problem

When AGI system outputs are used as legal evidence, how can the integrity and temporal context of output records be preserved? Existing evidence sealing methods often involve executable state changes or automatic verification, making them unsuitable for AGI environments.

Approach

HTS does not perform executable functions; it merely preserves the temporal reference of output records, human discretion records, role-based responsibility references, and multi-layer verification records as a time-based reference layer. It aligns with SCD/BIFACE coordinate identifiability, CHOPSTICK-based human discretion, Role Society accountability references, ARI preservation/reference contexts, Multi-Layer Cross Verification, and AGI Output Governance, without absorbing their respective functions.

Results & Contribution

HTS provides a non-executable time reference framework that enhances the evidentiary capability of AGI outputs. It ensures temporal integrity of output records when used as legal evidence, while maintaining human discretion and responsibility allocation without automatic verification or state changes.
